Plain Sliced Walnut stave lumber core commercial wood doors are premium interior doors built for strength, durability, and superior hardware support. They are manufactured using solid wood strips (staves) that are kiln-dried and edge-glued to form a solid core, then reinforced with crossbands and finished with wood veneer or laminate faces. This construction provides excellent screw-holding strength and long-term stability.

Compared to particleboard core commercial wood doors, stave core doors offer greater structural strength and impact resistance. Compared to SCL core doors, stave cores use solid lumber rather than engineered strands, making them a preferred choice for high-end architectural applications.
