Formica® High Pressure Decorative Laminate 45 minute mineral core commercial wood doors are fire rated doors designed to slow the spread of fire and smoke while maintaining the appearance of architectural commercial wood doors. They are manufactured with non-combustible mineral cores made from gypsum and fire-resistant materials, then reinforced with hardwood stiles and rails and finished with wood veneer, HDF, or laminate faces.

These fire rated commercial wood doors are commonly used in office buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, multifamily housing, and government facilities. They are typically installed in fire-rated corridors, tenant separation walls, exit access hallways, and openings between offices and rated corridors.
