Frame Specifications

• SDI Level 3: Extra heavy duty 16-gauge corrosion resistant A40 galvannealed steel
• Factory applied 2-part epoxy primer for a superior finish, color gray. After cleaning and grouting or sealing, this frame is ready to be finished with premium latex or oil-based paint
• Standard anchor options: Masonry Wire (MA), Masonry T (T), Punch & Dimple (P&D), Wood Stud (WS), Steel Stud (SS), Multi-Purpose (MP) (additional anchor options available upon request)
• Door frame section: unequal double rabbet frame with 2” head and jamb face and a 5/8” stop height (4” header face and custom designs available upon request)
• Transom frame section: unequal double rabbet frame with 2” head and jamb face and one sided 5/8” fixed stop height with 5/8″ removeable stops on opposing side (4” header face and custom designs available upon request)
• Meets or exceeds ANSI 250.6 and ANSI 250.8 standard
• Safety and impact standards: ANSI Z97.1 / CPSC 16 CFR 1201 (Cat I & II)
• Additional features include 7-gauge heavy duty hinge reinforcements, 12-gauge ASA strike reinforcement, 9/32” silencer preps, ½” single return
• For both interior and exterior applications
• Fire rating standards: Up to 90 minutes; dependent on glass type and design
