• Unequal double rabbet frame, or stair step frame design, with 2” head and jamb face and a 5/8” stop height (4” header face and custom designs available upon request)
• Facilitates bidirectional traffic flow
• Exact fit mitered corner connections with screw reinforcement between head and jamb
• For both interior and exterior applications
• SDI Level 3: Extra heavy duty 16-gauge corrosion resistant A40 galvannealed steel
• Meets or exceeds ANSI 250.6 and ANSI 250.8 standard
• Factory applied 2-part epoxy primer for a superior finish, color gray. After cleaning and grouting or sealing, this frame is ready to be finished with premium latex or oil-based paint
• Fire rated up to 3 hours and certified by WHI / ITS (Warnock Hersey / Intertek Testing Service) with positive pressure and “S” smoke ratings included (meets or exceeds NFPA 80)
• Additional features include 7-gauge heavy duty hinge reinforcements, ½” single return, optional 9/32” silencer preps
