18ga. Type 304 stainless steel commercial doors with #4 vertical grain brushed finish are constructed from high-quality stainless-steel sheets formed, welded, and reinforced using interlocking seams to create a strong, durable and uncompromising door panel. These stainless-steel doors come with a non-fire rated 24” x 18” bottom louver with inverted “Y” blades providing a non-vision privacy feature ideal for restrooms. Louvered doors also provide essential ventilation for IT, electrical, mechanical, and utility closets while maintaining security and are resistant to damage and impact, capable of withstanding heavy daily use in commercial kitchen, food-processing, healthcare, hygienic, and industrial settings. They can be used in virtually any application for a dependable, reliable, and long-lasting solution whether it be interior or exterior and support standard or custom hinge and hardware preparations. - Insulated cores to choose from – honeycomb, polystyrene, or polyurethane insulated cores (prices may vary)
- Key characteristics of a #4 finish: Linear fine parallel lines, low-gloss sheen, highly durable, corrosion resistant, easily cleaned and sanitized non-porous surface
- Additional features include: 12-gauge heavy duty closer reinforcement, 7-gauge heavy duty hinge reinforcements, 18-gauge inverted top and bottom channel

Louver Specifications
- Inverted “Y” blades with 1” blade spacing are attached by interlocking construction 1” deep with a welded frame
- Standard model 800A1 with 304 # 4 Stainless Steel Option (S): self-attaching, vandal-proof design; basic blade unit with flanged frame welded to face on the corridor side and separate removable flanged frame on the opposite side; fits 1-3/4” door only (other mounting options available upon request)
- Screws fasten through frame into louver core, leaving corridor side of frame free of fasteners
- 18 gauge stainless steel frame with 20 gauge blades
- 1-1/4” trim with mitered and welded corners
