Air Louvers VSIG Slimline™ Vision Lites are engineered for commercial door applications requiring insulated glass units or thicker glazing than standard vision lite frames accommodate. Maintaining the clean, low-profile appearance of the Slimline™ series, VSIG models mount flush to the door when possible while accommodating a wide range of door and glazing thickness combinations. Built from 20 gauge steel and compatible with multiple fire-rated glazing assemblies, these vision lites provide a flexible specification solution for commercial, institutional, and industrial openings requiring fire performance and larger glazing capabilities.

Application: 1″” – 3″” door thickness with 3/16″” – 1-11/16″” glazing
Frame material: 20 gauge cold rolled steel
Standard finish: Mineral bronze powder coat
Fasteners: #8A flathead Phillips screws
Minimum size: 4″” x 4″”
Maximum size: Based on glazing listing and door manufacturer approval
Fire ratings: Up to 180 minutes depending on glazing size and listing
UL listings: ANSI/UL 10B, ANSI/UL 10C, CAN/ULC S104
Protrusion: Frame may project .11″” to .84″” depending on door and glass thickness
Optional materials: 304 stainless steel, galvanneal steel, zinc-plated steel
Mullions: 1″” x 5/8″” welded mullions available for 1-3/4″” doors
Compatible fire-rated glazing: Firelite, Pyran Platinum, Fireglass, WireShield, Pyran Platinum L
