Air Louvers VLFEZIG EZLine™ Vision Lites are designed for commercial hollow metal doors and commercial wood doors requiring insulated glass units, thicker glazing, or non-standard door constructions. The EZLine™ design allows installation from one side of the door while maintaining a beveled architectural profile and secure glazing retention. Manufactured from 20 gauge cold rolled steel, VLFEZIG models provide a practical solution for commercial, institutional, and industrial openings requiring fire-rated performance with simplified installation and flexibility for custom door and glazing thickness combinations.

Application: 1-3/4″ doors with 5/16″ to 1-11/16″ glazing
Application: 1″ to 3″ doors with 3/16″ to 1-11/16″ glazing
Frame design: Holes through bevel for 1″ to 1-3/4″ doors where door thickness minus glazing thickness is 3/4″ or greater
Frame design: Holes through face for 1″ to 1-3/4″ doors where door thickness minus glazing thickness is less than 3/4″, or doors over 1-3/4″ thick
Frame material: 20 gauge cold rolled steel
Standard finish: Mineral bronze powder coat
Fasteners: #8 x 1″ flathead Phillips screws to match finish
Minimum size: 4″ x 4″
Maximum size: Based on glazing listing and door manufacturer approval
